Miles Grissom is a young video editor who lives in Los Angeles and fears almost everything, especially death and car crashes. After losing his father as a child, he becomes desperate to learn whether anything exists after death. Miles places an ad offering $30,000 to anyone who can prove that angels, demons, or ghosts are real. His protective mother, Charlotte, joins him as he meets a researcher, a medium, and a rich man, and the quiet drama turns into tense supernatural horror.
The story centers on grief, fear, family love, and the need to face painful memories. Miles and Charlotte work as a team, but their different views about belief and safety create tension.
