A year after a massacre in Miles County, Art the Clown returns on Halloween. He hunts teenage Sienna Shaw and her younger brother Jonathan. Extreme practical gore, dream scenes, and a supernatural fight between good and evil follow. Sienna uses her late father’s designs and a magical sword as she tries to save her family.
