Woke Score
Lower is better
Review
The movie swaps races from the novel so the central intelligent hybrid girl is black while the teacher is white. She chooses to release the fungus spores and wipe out the last humans so her kind inherits the earth. The story follows her as the protagonist driving the new species future. No activist dialogue or modern institutional attacks appear. Casting used color-blind process for diversity.
