Dhamaal 4 follows Guddu, Johnny, and their old friends as they chase a hidden treasure. The hunt begins after pirate Adhoora loses the map and tries to find the only man who knows the location. The group travels through stormy seas, islands, caves, ghosts, animals, and dangerous traps. The film uses loud slapstick, silly insults, romance, family trouble, and repeated jokes. The film gives most of its attention to treasure hunting and comic chaos. Paaro is repeatedly mocked for her size, while other women appear in romance and family storylines.
