Boy is a deaf young man who lives in a ruined future ruled by the Van Der Koy family. As a child, Boy believes the family killed his mother and sister during a public event called the Culling. A mysterious Shaman hides Boy in the jungle and trains him to become a deadly fighter. Years later, Boy enters the city to kill the rulers, and the film mixes violent comedy, video-game jokes, and family secrets.
