Horizon Line follows Sara, a London public relations worker, and Jackson, a dive instructor living in Mauritius. They meet again at a friend’s wedding after Sara left him and returned to England. They board a small plane to reach another island, but the pilot dies from a heart attack soon after takeoff. A damaged plane, bad weather, low fuel, and open water turn the trip into a tense survival fight. The film has a tense, fast tone as the former couple tries to stay alive.
