Ray Driscoll and Manny Carvalho are lifelong friends in Philadelphia. They pretend to be DEA agents while they rob drug dealers. One robbery links them to a large narcotics network. The two men then run from criminals, real agents, and the results of their own choices. The story mixes violence, dark humor, addiction, grief, family history, guilt, and friendship as the men struggle to leave crime behind.
