French is a broke former martial artist who works as a bouncer and debt collector. His partner Sue is a former boxer who returns after French thinks he is dead. Their boss sends them to Las Vegas and other stops to collect money from people who owe him. A crime boss hunts them because they were linked to his brother’s death. The film uses bloody fights, rough jokes, and a fast buddy comedy tone.
Two male action heroes lead the cast, while Marina Sirtis plays a powerful casino owner and Mayling Ng plays her tough security chief. The women control money and violence in parts of the crime plot.
