Deadpool: No Good Deed is a four-minute comedy short about Wade Wilson, the masked killer who likes to act like a hero. He sees an old man being held up in a dark city alley and rushes to help. Wade stops to change clothes in a phone booth, but the change takes too long and the man is shot. Deadpool then comes out, finds the body, and turns the failure into a cruel joke with a snack and a long book report.
An on-screen book report jokes that men often hide their feelings and use violence to force their views on others. The joke lasts only a moment and does not guide the rescue or change Wade’s actions.
