Jack Ryan is a former CIA man who left spy work for a desk job in New York. His old friend James Greer pulls him back for a simple pickup job in Dubai that turns deadly. Jack teams up with CIA ally Mike November and MI6 officer Emma Marlow. They face a rogue black-ops unit tied to secret programs built after 9/11. The film is a fast spy action thriller set in Dubai and London with chases, bombs, and hard trust tests.
Jack and his friends must stop Liam Crown, a burned black-ops soldier who tries to stir up terror so dirty programs look needed again. Greer faces his past role in building those teams. Emma fights beside Jack in the field and helps track hidden files while a car bomb kills the CIA director in London.
